Foxconn is pulling out of a three way partnership with Indian firm Vedanta to ascertain a brand new semiconductor plant in India.

India has been working to ascertain itself as a rival and different to China within the semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing market. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made attracting tech investments within the firm certainly one of his prime endeavors.

In line with Reuters, these plans have taken successful, with Foxconn abandoning its plans to ascertain a brand new semiconductor manufacturing facility with Vedanta.
